Why the bloating that's left after surgery often isn't the endo itself, and the gut drivers like SIBO that can sit underneath it.
How motility, histamine, hypermobility and your nervous system can all feed the endo belly, and how to spot which ones are yours.
The order Jessica works in, from food and daily habits to targeted gut support, so you stop guessing and stop starting over.

Jessica spent years being dismissed and misdiagnosed before she was finally told she had endometriosis at 24. Surgery didn't bring the relief she'd hoped for, and she couldn't tolerate most hormones or painkillers.
Changing the way she ate gave her the first manageable period she'd had in years. But the endo belly hung on. It was only when she looked into the link between endo and SIBO, and was diagnosed with SIBO herself, that things made sense. That link became her specialism.
She's a certified integrative women's health coach, trained in SIBO with Dr Allison Siebecker and Dr Nirala Jacobi, worked at Endometriosis UK, and has hosted the This EndoLife podcast since 2017.
"Your endo belly isn't in your head and it isn't 'just endo'. For a lot of women it's the gut sitting underneath it, and nobody has looked there yet."Jessica Duffin
